Life is not just about work, but also about poetry and team building in the distance! In order to relax everyone after intense work and to enhance emotional exchanges among colleagues, the POE family started a two-day and one-night team building trip. Let us review this wonderful time together and relive the amazing moments of nature and culture intertwined!
DAY 1: Cross the ancient street, check in the waterfall, and get close to nature.
In the morning, POE friends gathered and set off for Zengcheng
At 9 o'clock in the morning, everyone gathered on time and headed for Zengcheng with great expectations. There was constant laughter and joy along the way. Some colleagues were catching up on sleep, and some couldn't wait to start planning the route for taking photos. In just two hours of driving, everyone's friendship has taken another step forward!
Zhengguo Old Street: A street, a period of time
At 11 o'clock, we arrived at Zhengguo Old Street in Zengcheng. Strolling in this century-old ancient street, the blue bricks, gray tiles, and quaint buildings make people feel like they are back in the Republic of China.
Of course, the authentic food of Zhengguo Old Street is not to be missed! After tasting Zhengguo's delicious wontons, everyone's stomach and heart were filled with happiness!
Baishuizhai: Poetry and distance in mountain climbing
After lunch, we went to Baishuizhai Scenic Area. The natural scenery here can be called "the first ladder in the south of the sky". The 9999-level mountain climbing trail winds up, and every step is a double challenge of vision and physical strength.
Waterfront plank road: The 2-kilometer-long sea ship wooden plank road makes people feel like they are in a green corridor, and the fresh air blows in their faces.
Waterfall Mingtai (1499 levels): The huge waterfall rushes down. Standing on the waterfall Mingtai, feeling the cool water vapor blowing in your face, the whole person is healed by the power of nature.
Mu Waterfall Platform (3299 levels): The waterfall spirals down like a white dragon, accompanied by the mist of water, as if you are in a fairyland!
During the climb, everyone supported each other, shared snacks and jokes, and although they were sweating profusely, everyone's face was filled with a satisfied smile. In the evening, we ended the day's trip, checked into the hotel, enjoyed a sumptuous dinner, and ended the first day's trip with laughter.
DAY 2: Bamboo rafting and deep breathing in the forest, quietly enjoying the gift of nature
Set off early in the morning, slow time in Xiangxi Castle, the next morning, we went to Xiangxi Castle to feel the perfect combination of history and nature. Riding a bamboo raft, we leisurely shuttled through the clear Xiangxi River, with lush greenery on both sides and swaying bamboo shadows, like a flowing Chinese painting.
The ancient buildings of Xiangxi Castle also left a deep impression on everyone. The unique Lingnan culture and ancient village style here make people stop to take pictures and savor the traces of time.
In the afternoon, we came to Nankunshan National Forest Park to enjoy the fresh air of the "Southern Guangdong Oxygen Bar". The forest coverage rate here is as high as 96.6%, and the negative ion content is off the charts. Just breathing makes people feel refreshed!
Exploring the Condor Stone: The legendary "Condor Stone" is lifelike. Climb to the top and you can see the low mountains, as if you are in the clouds.
Adventure check-in: high-altitude bicycles, jungle crossings, glass plank roads... one exciting project after another allows everyone to bravely break through themselves and gain a full sense of accomplishment!
Full of memories, return to Shenzhen. Although the short two-day and one-night journey is over, the beautiful memories left will always be treasured in my heart. Through this team building, every member of the POE family has become closer, and the tacit understanding and feelings between each other have deepened.
When working, we are comrades fighting side by side; when building a team, we are partners who rely on each other. Thank you for this journey, and look forward to the next team building, we will set off together again to experience more unknown scenery and possibilities! Every journey is a mark of growth; every departure is a better start.
