As time quietly slips by, 2024 has come to an end. This year, we faced challenges and embraced victories, endured trials, and celebrated growth.
To close the year on a high note, the POE family gathered for our Annual Year-End Celebration. Let’s take a moment to revisit some of the highlights together.
Morning: Reflecting on the Past, Looking to the Future
The day began with POE colleagues arriving at the office, signing in, and taking group photos by department to commemorate the year gone by.
With enthusiastic applause, the 2024 POE Annual Summary Conference officially kicked off. Department leaders took turns presenting their achievements and progress from the past year, while also outlining clear plans and goals for 2025. Notably, in December, our sales broke records, achieving 100% of our targets. These accomplishments were driven by the hard work and dedication of every individual, the strong collaboration between teams, and the continuous improvements in our factory’s production technology.
After the department summaries, the company’s General Manager offered fresh perspectives on our 2024 achievements and charted a visionary path for 2025. One standout takeaway was the six-word principle of “Focused and Specialized, Small but Beautiful”, emphasizing steady progress and a commitment to quality.
The conference also celebrated outstanding employees and officially announced an exciting personnel change: Molly Mo was appointed as the General Manager’s Assistant.
Since joining the company, Molly has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, strong execution, and a commitment to team growth. She has earned numerous accolades, including Employee of the Year and Monthly/Quarterly Excellence Awards, gaining unanimous recognition from her peers. This promotion is not only a testament to her past achievements but also a reflection of the company’s high hopes for the future. Let’s all congratulate Molly and wish her even greater success in her new role!
With that, the morning session of the conference came to a close.
Lunch: A Feast to Remember
For lunch, the entire POE team headed to 79 Ship Restaurant for a delicious seafood banquet. Everyone enjoyed a variety of delectable dishes, sharing laughs and reflections on the year. It was a time to not only satisfy our appetites but also strengthen the bonds between colleagues.
Afternoon: The Grand Celebration
After lunch, the much-anticipated afternoon festivities began. Each colleague found a specially prepared gift and personal greeting waiting for them in the conference room. As soft music played, a video montage of the year’s highlights appeared on the screen, signaling the official start of the Annual Celebration.
2024 was a year full of challenges and opportunities, and none of our achievements would have been possible without the hard work of every POE team member. This year, we recognized employees who went above and beyond, embodying responsibility and dedication, and driving the company forward with their efforts.

Performances, Games, and Prizes
The celebration continued with performances by our talented colleagues. The FR4 Team from the Sales Department kicked things off with their unique spin on classic performances, showing us that every POE employee has their own style.
Next came lively games that showcased teamwork and camaraderie, followed by the first prize draw of the day. While some didn’t win this round, bigger prizes were still ahead!
Another highlight was a dance performance by the “Petite Power” Team, whose graceful moves left everyone in awe. More games involving everyone brought plenty of laughs and unforgettable moments, all thanks to the hosts’ thoughtful preparation. And, of course, the games led to yet another exciting prize draw, with cheers and suspense filling the room.
Later, a surprise saxophone performance captivated the audience with its soulful melodies. This was followed by a high-energy relay game, testing teamwork and strategy once again. Afterward, the much-awaited third prize draw took place.
As the event drew to a close, the final games tested everyone’s nerves and skills in a hilarious round of Jenga. Then came the grand finale: the Second Prize, First Prize, and finally the Ultimate Prize. Those who didn’t win still received thoughtful consolation prizes, ensuring everyone left with smiles.
Looking Ahead
The event was filled with laughter, gratitude, and shared memories. It was a moment that belonged to all of us, celebrating how far we’ve come and looking forward to the journey ahead.
