The fourth quarter of 2024 has quietly begun. In order to summarize the work experience and lessons of the third quarter and promote the next stage of work, POE colleagues gathered together to review the work of the past quarter.
As the backbone of the company, the business department always maintains a positive spirit. The business department reported to POE partners on the changes and challenges in the market in the third quarter, and shared the experience of treating customers and areas for improvement. Despite the difficulties, the business team showed a tenacious fighting spirit. The business department will adjust its strategy, love its work more, look forward to the future, and strive to achieve greater goals in the fourth quarter.
The procurement department has assumed important responsibilities of the company, actively looking for high-quality suppliers, and finding the most appropriate balance between price, quality and delivery period. In the substantial increase in order quotations in the third quarter, the procurement department provided a solid guarantee for the company's operations and the progress of the project. The procurement department reported to everyone the achievements and shortcomings of the past three months. We have conducted in-depth reflections and improvement methods on the problems that occurred in the last quarter. We believe that the purchasing department will also provide the company with better logistical support.
The engineering department is one of the important core departments of the company and plays an important role in the implementation of the project. The leaders of the engineering department reported to everyone the achievements and improvements made in the third quarter. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project, we have overcome the difficulties in production technology, improved production efficiency, successfully completed the production and shipment of multiple major projects, and effectively enhanced the company's market competitiveness.
The company's leaders also shared with everyone their deep feelings about the company's development and expressed their gratitude for the efforts of all employees. Despite the challenges, as long as we unite and maintain a positive attitude, we will definitely achieve the company's long-term goals. After analyzing and summarizing the work of each department in the third quarter, although we face many challenges and pressures, with the joint efforts of all employees, we will get better and better.
At the same time, we also commended and thanked those colleagues who performed outstandingly at work. This is not only an affirmation of the winners, but also an encouragement to all employees.
In the analysis and reflection of this conference, everyone jointly revealed the shortcomings in their respective positions and put forward improvement strategies without reservation. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all POE colleagues, we will be able to achieve and exceed our goals in the next quarter and create even more brilliant achievements!
